I needed to upgrade my trailer, called several times over three days, before someone answered the phone. I placed the order. 10 days later I called 8 times and left two messages before someone answered the phone. They told me that two parts were on back order and they were holding up the entire order. Not good!
Just purchased a new livestock trailer from a Featherlite dealer in the South.
I then called my dealer and they informed me that since Universal trailer purchased Featherlite, service has went down hill. I reached out to Universal Trailer in Florida and to my surprise, no one there cared about returning my call.
Fast forward, In all I left 4 messages and only had one message returned over a three week waiting period. I had to call them 15 times to get this partial shipment processed.
My lesson in this ordeal, is Featherlite is NOT the company it use to be. Poor service rules the day. I wish I had known this prior to paying top dollar for the Featherlite brand.
