I don't know what world the other reviewer is living in, but adult tickets are $5.00, which seems reasonable compared to other movie theaters. This theater has been revamped in the past month (new plush seats, new paint on the walls, a new lobby layout), and is looking better and running smoother than ever. The workers are usually pleasant, and the atmosphere the historic building provides is unlike any other theater you will find these days. If you want a real treat, visit the theater when the community is performing a play or musical - those stage lights aren't just for show!

I have seen the the Cresco Theatre and Opera House made over a few times in the last 50 years (or so). It looks very nice now, and I like the changes. I enjoy going to movies and other productions there. We are fortunate to have such a nice place for our small community!
