We've owned aluminum trailers for years, both Alum-Line and Featherlite. I prefer dealing with Alum-Line because of the personal service I receive from them, both in sales and service. We just had them modify a trailer that two other welding shops were afraid to tackle. Alum-Line did the modification, under budget, ahead of schedule and did an awesome job. Horrible ownership, woefully uneducated sales staff, egregious unprofessionalism from top to bottom. Gary is atrociously incapable of any semblance of respectful owner-customer conversation. From beginning to end an all around nightmare.
