Was leaving NJ for a trip and had a slide out issue, called service and they made an appointment for a week or so out as I was traveling...unfortunately I was sold a wrong part from manufacturer, but Kelly and his team did everything to make a bad situation right, got my slide out working until I was able to get the correct part installed.Great people, great service!
