Drove 3 hours to look at a truck and make a trade after talking on the phone multiple times and them agreeing to work with us on price, get there and the guy has terrible customer service, didnt say a word to us when we arrived, didnt make us feel welcome at all. Refused to show us a Carfax report, and tried to low ball us on a trade that had super low miles and was in perfect condition. Wouldn't work with us at all on the price even though there was tons of things wrong with the truck. Very judge mental and will try to take advantage of you. Don't expect anything, this guy doesn't care about his customers one bit, wasted 6 hours driving for absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time here.
